LBJ-100kNSpiral Pulling Tester
The LBJ-100kN spiral pull-out tester is a testing device developed and produced by the China Academy of Building Research in accordance with the JG160-2004 standard for expansion type and expansion type building anchor bolts for concrete. The inspection equipment provided for tensile testing of various anchor bolts can also be supplemented with shear plates and shear sleeves for shear testing.
<1> Composition of LBJ-100kN Spiral Pulling Tester:
(1) LBJ-100kN spiral puller;
(2) 100kN load sensor (integrated with the puller);
(3) HZ-3A positive peak holding strain gauge;
(4) One set of anchor bolt clamps (ф 6, ф 8, ф 10, ф 12, ф 14, ф 16).

<2> Instructions for use:
(1) Connect the two five core sockets on the spiral puller to the HZ-3A positive peak strain gauge using wires (note: the positioning holes of the plug sockets should correspond).
(2) Unscrew the pull tab under the anchor bolt puller, replace it with the corresponding anchor bolt clamp according to different types or diameter specifications of anchor bolts, and then install it on the anchor bolt puller.
(3) Use a ratchet wrench to rotate and straighten the anchor bolt puller, note: apply a slight amount of force.
(4) Adjust the zero point of the HZ-3A positive peak holding strain gauge (refer to the instructions for using the HZ-3A positive peak holding strain gauge for instrument usage).
(5) It is best to use a ratchet wrench to rotate and apply force, and conduct loading tests and inspections according to the provisions of the JG160-2004 standard for concrete expansion type and expansion hole type building anchor bolts.
